In computing, a keyboard shortcut is a set of one or more
keys that invoke a command in software or an operating system. Keyboard
shortcuts are keys or combinations of keys that provide an alternative way to
do something that you’d typically do with a mouse. These shortcuts can provide
an easier and quicker method of using computer programs. These commands are
commonly accessed by using the Alt key,  Ctrl,
and Shift in conjunction with a single letter.
Following are the shortcut of keyboard:- 
                                                          
F1     =   Display Help.
                             
                             F2     =   Rename the selected items.
                                                          
F3     =   Search
for a file or folder.                                       
                                                      
Ctrl+ C  =   Copy
the selected items.
                                                      Ctrl + X 
=   Cut the selected items.
                                                      
Ctrl+ V  =  Paste the selected items.
                                                      
Ctrl+ Z   = Undo an action.
                                                      
Ctrl+ Y  =  Redo an action.
                                                     
Ctrl+ D  =  Delete the selected items.
                                          Shift +
Delete  =  Delete the selected item without moving it to
the recycle                                                                           bin first.                                                   
                                  Ctrl + Right
Arrow   = Move the cursor to  the beginning of the next word
                                     Ctrl+ Left
Arrow   = Move the cursor to the
beginning of the previous word.
                                 Ctrl + Down
arrow   = Move the cursor to the
beginning of the next paragraph.
                                       Ctrl+ Up
Arrow   = Move the cursor to the
beginning of the previous                                                                                     paragraph.
                                               
Alt+ Enter   = Display properties
for the selected items.
                                                    
Alt+ F4   = Close the active items
or program

Spacebar  = Open the shortcut menu for
the active items or program.
                        
                  Ctrl+Alt+Tab  = Use the arrow to switch between open
windows.

Mouse scroll wheel  = Change the size of
items in desktop.

logo key + Tab  = Cycle through programs

                                                Alt + Esc 
= Cycle through items in the order in which they were open.

the selected items.

+ Esc  = Open the start menu.
                                  F10  = Activate the menu bar in
the active                                                     program.
                   Right
Arrow  = Open a sub menu.
                                Left Arrow =
Close a sub menu.
                         F5 ( or ctrl + R) =
Refresh the active window.
                         Alt + up Arrow = View
the folder one level up in windows explorer.
                                             Esc
= Cancel the current task.
                        Ctrl+ Shift+ Esc = Open
task manager.

Switch the keyboard layout when multiple keyboard
